What is it?
Dental:
Dental insurance will pay back employees who have spent money on dental treatment. Traditionally it covers preventative care such as check-ups and hygienist visits, minor treatments such as fillings and extractions, and major treatments such as crowns and bridges. More expensive policies will cover some cosmetic work, while cheaper policies cover emergency treatment only. There are comprehensive plans, which cover the full costs of treatment, or co-insurance plans, which pay a percentage of them..
