What is it?

Products and services:

There is almost no limit to the products and services that can be offered through voluntary benefits. They can include traditional benefits that may lie outside the scope of an employer’s core package, such as private medical insurance or dental insurance. They can also include discounted products from household goods to electricals and shopping vouchers. And they can include personal financial goods such as travel insurance or pet insurance, and even travel itself..
