Lifestyle and wellness programmes:

Employers may offer a lifestyle and wellness programme to encourage better health among employees , by addressing lifestyle issues such as overweight employees, smokers and those who do little or no exercise. Often employers will combine education campaigns, providing information and advice, with promotion of health and wellbeing benefits such as subsidised gym membership, bikes to work, and private medical insurance..
