Bluesky Travel Systems, which provides computer reservations and distribution systems solutions in the tour operator and travel sector, has appointed AWD to provide HR support services.
AWD provides an integrated operational human-resources support service, including features such as 24/7 access by telephone, email and online to advice from the Bluesky HR team.
The service, which is designed to minimise employment problems, is provided by employment solicitors and qualified HR practitioners and is available 24 hours a day.
Bluesky can also access a wealth of online resources, including more than 250 legally drafted and compliant contract and employee handbook templates, fact-sheets, newsletters, best-practice guides and monthly case precedents.
The AWD HR service is provided through AWD Chase de Vere Consulting by its strategic HR partner, the Employment Services Partnership (ESP).
