Barnett Waddingham has been appointed as the actuary and investment consultant to the GBP600m London Borough of Newham Pension Fund, following a competitive tender involving 10 companies.
The contract is for an initial period of five years.
The London Borough of Newham is situated to the east of the City of London and includes City Airport and the Excel exhibition centre.
