Firstcare enhances absence management services

Xchanging and Firstcare have formed an alliance to offer enhanced absence management services in the HR services market.

This alliance is designed offer to customers a suite of competitively priced, individual HR disciplines.

It will provide Firstcare customers access to the portfolio of Xchanging's HR solutions that can be offered either as an integrated end-to-end HR service, or as separate 'unbundled' services.

Xchanging will add Firstcare's absence management and occupational health pre-employment screening services to its portfolio.

Following the recent acquisition of Active Health Partners, Firstcare's absence management service now covers occupational health and pandemic planning expertise.

Firstcare and Xchanging offer a wide range of HR services between them, including day-one absence management, real-time absence reporting, a full range of occupational health programmes, pre-employment and background screening, pandemic planning, HR data management, recruitment, payroll and remuneration services, talent and succession planning, global mobility, HR advice and administration.
